Our route through the south west sees us leaving the high mountains allong a day of descents that end in waterfall swims and camping by great reseviors. Then we travel through mango, dragon fruit and pineapple fields down down hill along back roads and country lanes, this is the flattest part of our tour and the road sure does zip by fast as we sit in the shadow of Taiwan's southern ranges. Eventually we arrive at the coast and the Taiwan straight. From here you can take a ferry and island hop to Xiaoliuqiu or city break in Taiwan's oldest city Tainan.
